Or let's go with the much more likely scenario of a guided Cruise missile was aimed to hit a bit of a park 20m from a playground at a time it'd be empty during what appears to have been an attack targeting critical infrastructure.

Then gets triggered by a plane crashing into a block of flats, not caused by any enemy but by his own government's ineptitude of putting up unmaintained heap of junks in the sky and the cowardice of their pilots to bail out when they haven't yet pointed the aircraft at an unpopulated area. That cowardice runs from the very top down so not really surprising there.

Fair game as he sees it to defeat fascism, while it's Russia that persecute any dissenters, all the while their leader goosesteps around the Kremlin working out how to invade Poland.

Ukraine appears poised to defeat Putin's invasion but Russia will continue to pose an existential threat to Ukrainian statehood until Russians learn to accept that Ukraine is a sovereign and independent nation.
