I think you need to accept that people without a dog in the hunt view the whole thing  very differently than you do. It's very easy for me to stay abstract and detached, because it isn't my kids or my neighbor's that are exchanging warshots.

You can't share that feeling with others, no matter how hard you try.

Only Ukrainian civilians have died, been raped, tortured or forced to flee their homes/country.
