I mentioned earlier that Belarus border guards were involved in initial fighting. They've allowed their country to be a staging post, so they're culpable too.

If Turkey blocks the Bosphorus and facilitates or introuduces a no-fly zone in the Black Sea (both sadly unlikely), Russia would be hampered a fair bit.
