Russia is as bad as America when it comes to bombing civilians. Just look at what they did to Grozny in Chechnya.

There has to urgently be repercussions for ordinary Russians, it’s the only way to get the populace to turn against him. e.g. thousands of Russian holidaymakers or residents currently in the UK, EU and around the world need to be expelled immediately.
