Left footed curler far top corner to send Spurs down last day.

We never missed Rooney the next season so it does not tell us anything about Dibling really.Southampton never seemed to miss him this season though ?
At least Rooney played a game for us regularly......We never missed Rooney the next season so it does not tell us anything about Dibling really.
Digne too.Robinson was just unfortunate to have peak Baines in front of him.
Wrong time, wrong place.

This is true of course.
My comment isn't Uber clear, but the same money could've brought in a pacey right / left back . That remains an obvious deficiency vs expensive bench warmer. And would've been way more in sync with a push for Europe.
That was kinda what I was getting at ( vaguely!).
Directly to your point as well, getting in Europe might make keeping Ndiaye etc a sight easier too.
It just makes it so obvious the brief for this year was survive safely, build for the future. Yet the flat nature of the league has opened up Europe and the business of Barry, Tyler, rohl, and Jack injured shows how wrong our business was. None look like future players. Aznou not getting a kick etc
Kdh been brill luckily. Garner growing every season. Got more of a tune from Keane, Beto's solved the L and R on his boots, Chelsea result, new home Stadium etc.
Not slagging us for fun, just we'd be a better team with the obvious alternative business. We had enough young players coming through already.
I disagree I think rohl will be boss.
If he can suddenly learn to pass a football after 6 years of professional coaching not doing the trick, then yes, he can be aceI disagree I think rohl will be boss.
He's a running 8 - engine, ball carrying and box crashing are his things. Genuinely think he'd be quite good at say Bournemouth where everything revolves around directness and turnovers and chaos but I'm not sure how you use him in a team that isn't completely committed to that.We all want him to be.
With Tim, KDH, Garner, even Gana good for another season, where do you see Rohl playing?
CDM, or pushing on a bit?
And Dibling played for Southampton which is the team we were talking about. At least Rooney played a game for us regularly......
Cant seem to link it from twitter but someone posted a cracking strike of his in training.
