2025/26 Tyler Dibling

You may well be right. I seem to recall him playing 10 when he destroyed the RS playing for Saints. Picked up the ball deep and just drove at his opponents. I was surprised to see him played on the wing here.

Was it the home game that Liverpool won without him scoring or assisting, or the away game that Liverpool won without him scoring or assisting that he destroyed them in?

Remember in October & November when certain posters were wondering why Dibling wasnt getting on at the end of games as Ndiaye or Grealish tired?

Reasoning that as well with the Ndiaye AFCON trip.

Yet Moyes didnt do that, he randomly threw him on for a few mins here and there and so hes been unable to get any rhythm going.

Some players need a run to get up to speed.

Hes a 10. Martin put him on the wing last season to get him in the 11.
Moyes brought him in as right winger. If he’s a 10 then this is likely the reason why he’s not getting a sniff as it’s very clear KDH is very much one of Moyes main players and rightly so.

I thought Dibling played brilliant against Forest away but that Sunderland game was an absolute shocker

If he’d have done that pass that McNeil did he’d be on loan at Preston by now and he’d have another two seasons of 5 minute cameos before he could start a league game again.

McNeil will probably start against West Ham.
You're right.
But it's his own fault (and agents).
If I was a young promising player, Moyes is literally the last manager in PL I'd sign for.

Seeing Jack Clarke for Ipswich today reminded me of Dibling. An excellent technical player who thrives in the Championship, but just too slow to make any kind of impact on the wing in the Premier league.

There is a reason we didn’t really have any competition signing him.
He's not a winger mate.

I would agree, but he’s in our squad as a winger and has only really played on the wing in his club career so far. So he kind of is.
That's why he looks out of place, I will be honest he's not covered himself in glory but I've a soft spot for him he's got a great left foot and I think there's a real player there.
