Armstrong plays an entirely different position..He's not an attacker so ridiculous to compare assists and goals stats
First half they were all dreadful. Dibling was bad.
Second half he looked himself only when he came centrally for 2 or 3 minutes.
Rohl & McNeil were FAR worse than him over the game as usual. McNeil made one defence splitting pass (10 yard straight ball) and so i guess thats why he stayed on.
Dibling has to be given time and it appears to me that he should be used as a traditional 10 in this awful team.
Why dont you stop posting about him and save yourself the time it would take to actually watch some of his games at Southampton last season instead.
Because you clearly never saw him for them or for England youth.
Youre only commenting on random minutes hes thrown in and to anyone who has ever watched him play outside of Moyes management, he looks a different player.
You can say what you like about that but until you actually see him outside of Everton then you look a bit daft.
Were talking about the equivilent of Armstrong last season.
Do you think Armstrong is crap? How many goals and assists has he got for Preston in the championship?
Surely by your barometer he should be prime Alan Ball.
If everyone who watched him for Southampton & England youth posts saying he looks a different player and devoid of confidence then it should actually occur to you that one of them (whichever poster that may be) could be onto something.
And do it with pace. Grealish is the only player in our team capable of beating a man from a standing start. He needs to be direct and actually go forward. He is doing what Grealish does but by the center line. When he was bursting forward that is when he was his best. Moyes need to get that through to him. He is supposed to be a coach I hear.
Obviously the ones ive watched him play, I mean i cant really answer for the games he's missed can I, than again neither can anyone else.
Never burst forwards once mate, not once. When he was bursting forward that is when he was his best.
I don't mind people criticizing his mistakes but I just hate how kneejerky and polarised every view is about players after one performance, goes for every player tbh.Right now he hasn't had the impact we wanted him to. I'm not giving up on him. I just think he doesn't look up to it and he's clearly struggled moving up here. It happens.
What is he? Because he’s weak as a 13 year old and wouldn’t be able to hack it in the 10 in the compact areasThe lad isn't a winger.
Clash as it may, it was a genuine comment from a season ticket holder, who has watched Southampton for years. This somewhat clashes with their fans saying the opposite earlier, a very conveniently voiced opinion today/right now.
why does he always seem scared to go past a player I thought that’s what he was good at
