No he was not in the squad.

He has played for the U21's, he just wasn't taken to the Euros because Carsley took the players who helped us qualify - as he should.

Hope to see him playing for them soon then, because if we don't get it over the line now I'm sure we'll retain our interest and go back in January or end of the season—probably at a reduced price too if they aren't looking like getting promoted.

Technically superb, could actually control a football, and could actually pass to a teammate. But because he didn’t run around like a headless chicken pub player and snap in to tackles, he was “crap”.
