United piling on the points now, they'll soon be above Liverpool.
Aye but I get the feeling it's another Darren bent type situation with fletcher - get the feeling that despite doing well in the prem he's only played for burnley, wolves and Sunderland, bent had 2 seasons at spurs but they were the only 2 seasons since 05/06 that they finished outside the top 5, so there's a good reason why none of last seasons top 7 tried to sign him when he was available for a decent fee
Bent still finished their top goalscorer one season, just coming off the bench.
The reason why the top clubs never went for him was that they could buy better for the same or more money.
In our case, we don't have the money so we'll never get an all round striker. Unless Martinez gets lucky and bags a Michu type.
did u enjoy Hernandez off, Fletcher on??
I did because it was needed mate
like i said earlier, get use to it, its what Moyes does best. Negative
if i remember right last year we shut up shop at Norwich at 0-1 and they ended up winning 2-1.To be fair like, I'm guessing Wellbeck went from wide to striker, with Fletcher going into midfield. Haven't watched the match, so just a hunch/guess/

Supremely naive to believe United aren't capable of getting right in the mix of the top four.
I doubt there's too many other people who feel that way now. They will get a top four slot almost guaranteed, I'd say. They have van Persie to come back and have a January transfer window where Moyes can make up for the disastrous summer he had.
I'm staggered you dont think United will be top four come the end of the season. Staggered.
They wont stand still in the window. You can bet they'll have irons in the fire and that the gormless Moyes wont be allowed to dither again.I don't think they'll stay midtable but recent results have papered over the cracks. Rooney is their only spark.
Rooney has 9 goals and 11 assists (according to Transfermakt).
Van Persie has 7 goals and 2 assists.
Welbeck has 5 goals and 3 assists.
Januzaj has 3 goals and 2 assists.
Assists: Young 2, Valencia 2, Giggs 1, Nani 1, Hernandez 1, Rafael 0, Carrick 0, Cleverley 0, Fellaini 0, Kagawa 0
Rooney supposedly asked for Ozil and was told by Moyes that he wasn't needed.
Koke has 3 goals and 9 assists for Atletico but he's only 21 and he could take time to adjust.
Herrera has 0 goals and 0 assists for Bilbao.
They need someone to make things happen in the midfield but would Moyes play an attacking midfielder as well as Rooney and Van Persie?
I can see them being frustrated in the January transfer window too. Players' prices will be inflated and Woodward likes to try and drive a hard bargain, so I can't see them getting the quality they need at a price they're happy to pay.
I think they'll be very, very fortunate if they make the top four this season.
Just seen Altidore's miss again. Remember when Kone did that three times against Stevenage?
