I believe that there is a collective responsibility of faiure thus far as a team (both playes and coaching staff). But I, and all Evertonians have witnessed this malaise at various times during the past few seasons.

I have faith in Moysey but he now needs to get medieval on the players....because hard graft and cohesive teamwork is the only way at this time, silky skills and flowing football will come <I hope>. Its just a case of grinding out some results now, and bedding in Heitinga and Billy, with the Yak gaining match fitness.

Like I said earlier if other professional managers like Ferguson and Wenger see fit to vote our Davey manager of the year 3 times then Im pretty sure he must be up to the job.

Then theres the fact that Moyes has turned us from a regular relegation threatened team into regular top four contenders in the time he has been here, and on a very tight budget. I think some have got a short memory on here to be honest, this thread has reminded me of the time last season when there was a thread about our coaching/medical staff after there were a few knee injuries. The way some of you are going your gonna suffer the same with the knee jerking going on!
