I noticed time after time he kept being drawn of his line in open play in and around are box by the opposition. For me this this makes him susceptible to be chipped all day long and if he had stayed on his line he would have got to the first goal.

He dies that quite a lot tbh, just not unfortunately when it matters most for crosses lol.

Seriously though, u gotta hold your hand up and say that was a great finish and many a keeper wouldn't have a sniff of saving it. My gripe was with ( I think it was McCarthy ) who was in position to close down and laboured over giving Lanzini the time to pick his place.

TBF their build up to that goal had more Jam than Robertson's is you watch as the cross comes in Carroll is well marked but the ball cannons of his shin like a rocket ends up as a perfect lay off for the goalscorer who took it well TH was a bit too far off his line, but it was a peach of a goal maybe Robles extra height may have got a hand to it?

Stupid parry out to centre of box were it came to cresswell who nearly scored and then that stupid punch instead of catching it.. Again it was punched clear to danger zone

The worse bit in TH performance was in the 2nd half when he came out punched it well and gathered the weak return only then to roll the ball out to a defender with a forward breathing down his neck - he has to get his distribution better!

Oh Jesus here we go. The only way any keeper saves that is if he's rooted to his line at the far post. Class finish that I don't think any keeper would have saved

Typical goal what we concede in the build up - as in all manner if deflections always seem to go to an opposition player.

And yes, Robles would have easily saved that ;)

Not sure about the punch, a lot of the time when a keeper punches the ball it isn't a wise choice to try and catch it, reaching over players for instance, that type of thing. When it could be easy to spill the ball in a far more dangerous area a punch is the better option, ok it might go into another zone that could be dangerous but you have to deal with the initial danger first.
