Because I mentioned that some of our fans never got behind this player for one reason or another. Never was good enough for Everton sort of comments that you've seen around this forum for years.

I said successful teams can't have weak goalkeepers, you implied that was not the case, you clearly don't think they are important, and you being a Howard fan an all, I suppose that makes sense

He's been a decent servant but he's never been absolute top drawer, which is why we got him for buttons in the first place.

But his time's up and has been for a while, he's directly affecting our points tally in the negative, his stats are the worst around and he's quite simply no longer good enough to wear the shirt.

I wouldn't want his time at the club to end with him getting dogs abuse from the terraces, but if Bobby doesn't give him the hook soon, that's how it'll pan out.

Actually you said no successful team will ever have their goalkeeper as its weakest link, so I suggested that probably the best team this leagues ever seen did and so did the last Liverpool team to win the league.

Again you've excelled in being incorrect by saying I don't think goalkeepers aren't important as I've never said that, thought it or even implied it.
