Basically had a front row seat to it and it was a killer.

Houston needed to win that match to be sure of getting into the playoffs but now with that loss, we MUST win next week and have at least one of three other teams lose/draw.

Fortunately we play bottom of the barrel DC United but anything can happen.

But the goal? Wow....stunned the crowed. Just stunned 'em.

But did you get excited for Cahill, telling all the space campers to sit and watch?

I did and got a few glares. I had to explain that it was great because he scored with his right foot !!! Wasn't sure how often I'd seen that before.

I was there at debut against man utd the day before we sold Rooney, he nearly scored that day, hit the post just after time. He was the only player who was putting himself about trying to make things happen. He did that for the next 8 years. Best moment of cahill's was his pull back and pass to take out 3 arsenal players for pienaars goal at the emirates. Bit of a strange choice but people forget he could actually play some togger aswell.


never forgive the wife for ruining my Cahill 04/05 shirt in the wash.

get him on loan in January just for the anfield derby.

....great pics, the header against Arsenal says it all for me, head and shoulders above everybody. I've seen all the greats and Cahill is also one of my favourite of all time. What value, what desire to win his battles on the pitch. Can't deny anything he has achieved and I love that he still runs the corner flag.

No chance on loan, he was past it two years ago. His memories will live on in our hearts; that's the best way. He should have taken Osman with him to NYC.

I loved his snideness and yet he always looked innocent. He will always be remembered. 100% blue.
