The Spurs situation and Everton

Read the article again and show me what appeal by UEFA was lost.
UEFA had threatened sanctions against the clubs involved in the Super League and referred the case to the European Courts of
Justice which stated that UEFA’s previous rules, requiring any new club competition to be approved by it, was unlawful. The Spanish court later backed the EU court’s ruling, leading Real Madrid to announce that it was seeking substantial damages from UEFA. UEFA then lodged appeals at the Provincial Court of Madrid which got dismissed. The appeal they lost was in relation to UEFA abusing its dominant position and violating EU competition law over the Super League.

You talking about the 2023 case?

I still don’t get why this was the case
They did have a few very good seasons. Did very well in the Champions League, even reached the final.
No trophies but 11 consecutive season in the top 6, let's not pretend they weren't in a different universe to us for a few years.

Their overall Premier League record is fine.
That is why they were invited even without winning any trophies.

That's also why I would love to see them go down!

I'm not comparing them. If you follow the thread back I am using trophy wins to point out that it is a ridiculous comparison as they are in different stratospheres.

Well i only followed it back as far as the resources part.

They get these jobs because they are the best managers. You'd have to be an idiot to dispute that. The advantage of that is you manage the biggest clubs in the world with the resources and best players.

If i missed the direct comparison between Mourinho and Moyes then apologies. Having the best to work with does help though.
