would be nice if it was possible for the posts that have incurred positive or negative 'reputation points' to be indicated as such. currently we have a game of hide and seek in terms of finding the nice and the not so comments left for each account.

How much do you have to spread the rep around before you can rep someone again? It seems like I'm constantly spreading it around but I still can't give it again to people I previously gave it to.

Just out of intrest what is the numeric value of giving someone rep! Like how much points to you recieve per positvie or negative click!

It depends on who gave it you. If someone with 5 bars gives you a rep it counts for more than someone who has 1 bar. D/D can tell the exact number of voting power each member has but that's the basic principle, although longevity and post numbers also count.
