Would you advocate the removal of Biden at this particular moment in time ? I appreciate you wouldn’t anyway, but what would you say to republicans demanding he should go….
Asquith and Chamberlain left office in a War in which British troops were actually fighting, and with positive results ultimately. Using the war in Ukraine as a reason for having to stay is a cynical smokescreen

If he was found to guilty of breaking the law, as Boris Johnson has, yes I would advocate him resigning and if not then being impeached and removed.

That is the whole purpose of the constitution that no-one is above the law.

Also the US has set election dates, there was even one in the midst of the US Civil war so yes I think we will manange to hold the House elections due in November.

To some degree I agree with you. However Chamberlain was patently unfit for the role, Boris is however doing a decent job of it. Just ask yourself who would Putin want in the job today, Boris or Starmer…..

Talking with a keen Labour supporting mate tonight. He was absolutely scathing over Starmer going on about partygate and demanding Boris resigns over a glass of wine while Putin is killing thousands and Ukraine was so dependent upon support from Boris……
De lying Piffle.

Starmer has made an arse of this…demanding Boris resigns every five minutes for the last six months, instead of waiting for the right moment…just shows his unpreparedness to lead a party and certainly not a government. Putin would have loved Starmer in no 10, with the backbone of a jelly……

It is in some respects. However it not like Boris invited everyone around to his house for a booze up. No. 10 is a massive building housing lots of civil servants who had to be there, on the job, and not working from home. They were for nearly two years a COVID bubble. They worked hard and then Boris was caught by a surprise birthday cake and a glass of wine at the end of the day in his garden. And I’ll bet that many on here had a drink with a friend or two, had drinks after a board meeting, or met in a garden. The hyperventilating going on is purely because it was Boris. No one said a word when Starmer was pictured doing similar. But Boris had to deal with Brexit, COVID, Russia and Ukraine, while Starmer has been dealing with a glass of wine and a piece of cheese……

I don’t care who Putin wants as British Prime Minister. Putin has interfered enough in western democracies and their elections. What I want as a British Citizen is someone who can be relied upon not to break the law.
Tbh, for me left or right is secondary to the personal qualities of integrity and selflessness.
