Went to school with Dante Exum up until year 9. Great guy, very grounded and an outstanding athlete, congratulations to him and I hope all goes well for him

Remember him telling me his father played with Jordan in College and how he also made it into the NBA so I think he has a good support base around him as his father has experience in the life his son is about to enter.

I remember occasions where we would have P.E. classes and we would be doing the beep test, he would always be the last one standing reaching 14 or 15 on numerous occasions and would only stop because he wanted to go out to lunch.

That's a cracking claim to fame! All the best to him indeed, seems very grounded

Knicks get Cleanthony Early at #34, all the reports saying this could be a steal, some saying he should've been a lot higher up in the draft. New Yorker, too. Phil Jackson pulling out all the stops to keep Melo

The Bucks have got Kidd in a rather strange series of events. Nets get a couple of second round picks.

Kidd, Fisher and Kerr getting serious money. Odd.

Yeah weird that.. I was looking forward to seeing a Kidd-Fisher rivalry in NY this season. Good move for the Bucks though!

I'm unsure to be honest, especially with him wanting so much control.

In other news the Cavs are going to give Irving max deal.

Was reading about this today. Seems that the Bucks are saying he won't get the power there he asked for in BKN. Kerr and Fisher are 2x what he is tho aren't they?

Kidd's gonna be on between $4-5m pa for at least 3 years! So basically the same that Fisher and Kerr have both got. Utter mad balls!

Nope, essentially the same as Kerr and Fisher, who as you say are on $5m a season.

Irving has just announced his max contract, seems have to be staying in Cleveland. $90m over 5 years, not bad.

So Lebron wants a max contract, which he obviously deserves. Kind of pointless Wade and Bosh taking pay cuts just to pay Lebron more, which doesn't solve the depth issues.

Reports that they'll take contracts starting at ~$12m each, which would leave the $5m cap space. hot a lot, but ppl seem to be willing to take small potatoes to play there atm... tough to fill out the whole roster on the cheap again tho...
