He uses a wheelchair yes. Typical Tory cheap shot against my disabled dad. You still haven't apologised last time you tried this.

Oh didn't see them? Maybe I should tell the other around me next time that you can't see them so they can wave at You?
And you, for the second time, absolutely refuse to answer the question.....I think you are telling porkies......
Why accuse someone of lying because their dad is in a wheelchair? No need mate, really.

TORY BIGOT.

I'm a Labour Party activist.

This conversation has really degenerated.

Just a note to all parties. To change minds, you have to understand how they're formed.

Simply slinging insults around will do nobody any favours.

I've noticed this change of tack to over-nice, but you're being a monstrous hypocrite having shouted down others with insults on several occasions (as above).

Without wishing to speak on anyone's behalf, we all have bad days and sometimes even learn to behave differently from our experiences. As I've said previously though, it would be good all round if we stuck to the issues rather than discussing each other.

So, realistically, what outcome are you expecting for a Corbyn led Labour? If he loses a GE, he has said he won't stand down.. thoughts?

Party will probably split then, I guess there will be a leadership challenge first which Corbyn will probably win easily then the breakawy will happen as they will know they won't get anywhere with him as leader.

I really don't think he's going to have a choice. His survival as leader is reliant upon the few hundred thousand who joined the Party to support him, but a fair amount of that support will bleed away if (or, when, let's be honest) he loses.

In fairness, I've never claimed that a group of people are trying to cleanse another.

Yes, if he loses, I don't think he's got a choice but to stand down. I just fear that any loss (however significant) will delay the progressive movement in the UK/labour party.

Who would you all like to see as the next leader if Corbyn stands down?

I've been called a Blairite, and a Trotskyist over the past 3 weeks - so I guess I'm somewhere in the middle.

One of the saddening things on both 'wings' is a complete lack of imagination.

There's no silver bullet to this problem.

Would think it is more a case of who will run rather than who we would want.

A leadership challenge will be needed to oust him so I presume that will have to be one person and I would think that Yvette Cooper will stand and probably get the support of the MP's who dislike Corbyn. Would she win, probably not given the support Corbyn has with the members.
