I think it almost impossible for any PM, and I cannot think of one who could understand the needs or lives of the millions who like to go for a pint, or go to a football match, even getting some fish and chips. Is he now advocating that schools close after spending the past fortnight putting pressure on the gov to keep them open? I thought it was downright embarrassing for Jeremy Hunt (of all people) to come out and actively call for closure of schools ahead of the *actual* Leader of the Opposition.
He hasn't been proactive with his calls over the past nine months from what I've seen, rather he's (mostly) demanded inevitable policy be implemented four hours prior to them being announced by the gov - meanwhile, the horse had bolted long ago...
