I agree 100% with this, I just wish a precedent hadn’t been set of calling a leader all sorts of names based on not a lot of reality (including what someone else on Twitter said).

If you're here just to provoke a negative reaction, then crack on. If you're hear to actually persuade people, language like that isn't going to help your cause.

You disagree with a decision Starmer made, when he considered there to not be enough evidence for prosecution. That is a perfectly reasonable thing to disagree with him on (though I expect you will realise you are far less informed than he, in those matters).

And Thatcherism hasn't forever tarnished encouraging personal aspiration as a way of improving the life of one's self and others.

Considering he is now leader of the Labour party, presumably many think it was a reasonable decision based on insufficient evidence.

And it may be a politically loaded code word in your mind but for me aspiration is a good thing. Most would aspire to a better life for themselves, their friends and their family, and for the betterment of society as a whole.

I'm not sure. Until we see what this hologram stands for with policies I have to ask why vote Labour? Everything about this feller so far screams to me that he's a careerist who believes taking the party to the centre right ground that Blair stood on is the way to go. If that's the case I;d vote Green if there was a candidate or just not vote. Regardless, the time is right for a new party to the left of the LP. That would defo get my vote.
