You dont know how good you had it under Blair & Brown mate - we've never had it so good in all honesty.

Now we are into a decade of Tory cuts to the Local authorities & front line services whilst fools are continuing to support Momentum and their cabal of fanatical politicians like Corbyn.
You are now officially a parody of yourself. A millennial preaching at me that "we" never had it so good.
That was McMillan's phrase in his view about the late 50s/early 60s

'Mild Socialism' lol

Probably a lot to do with the fact the Lib Dems lost a lot of support over Clegg gate which filtered through to Labour rather than the Conservatives.

I get it mate you like momentum - but they are keeping the Tories in power so you have a choice of fighting against them for the greater good or keep the Tories in power whilst claiming swathes of Northerners voting Tory is down to some higher power corrupting the media.

Momentum belong somewhere like the Green Party they haven't the support outside of the far left and dooey eyed students to win elections.

Yes, mild socialism. As has been repeatedly pointed out to you, Corbyn has been a Labour MP for years - on the left certainly, but not even the furthest left in the PLP (which isn't anywhere near far left).

Though if you think Momentum "belong somewhere like the Green Party", then you probably don't understand the slightest thing about left and right in this country.

its really strange how you keep proving your own arguments wrong with your own posts - are you daves' multi?

Im not trying to convince anyone mate- you're free to support who you want I respect your opinion- however I can't overlook the reality that a momentum led Labour Party had handed us a decade of Tory rule yet those on the Left still want to persist with them and accuse the likes of Starmer of being some danger to the party!

And yes you never had it so good than under Blair/Brown (in terms of domestic policies). 2010+ has been a shambles and before that you had the likes of Thatcher, mass unemployment, 3 day weeks of the 70's etc.

Momentum didn't exist until after Corbyn won in 2015 though, and didnt play any role in a General Election until 2017. These are fairly simple facts that anyone who actually wanted to have a proper debate about this should be expected to know.

The people who handed us a decade of Tory rule were the people you are praising; Brown was PM at the time.

Are you even from the UK?

Brown done us over when he got caught on camera calling that arl woman a bigot over her discussionon immigration which was a key topic at the time when a few Eastern European nations joined the EU and started to migrate to the UK - he lost the working class vote there and then and played right into the Tories hands.

Follow on from then - Red Ed born with a silver spoon and ultra Liberal Miliband who was as useful as a chocolate fireguard.

Follow that on with Corbyn and his Momentum fanatics handed power to the Tories again.

Whats the central theme? Let the far left take control of the party and naturally then treat the working class with contempt that they are some uneducated gammons that need saving from themselves results in people voting Tory.

Unless you believe the majority actually thought Cameron/May/Johnson were great for the country...

christ you honestly havent a clue what happened between 2010 and now, do you?

its that you think the far left took control of the party with "Red Ed" (and appear to think uber Liberal Miliband was a separate person).....

Red Ed the self proclaimed Socialist (Champagne one at that) had the cheek to slate Blair over the Iraq War but then supported military intervention in Libya lol Also refused a referendum on the EU which says a lot about his desire for "democracy" regardless of your stance on should we have left or not.

Tbf to Miliband though I would have rathered him as PM than the radical Corbyn.

so basically yes, you do believe everything you read on the paper then

well you’ve just described “Red Ed” exactly as you were told to - omitting totally his valuable contributions over the media and (especially) over getting involved in the anti-Assad push in Syria, in favour of calling him a champagne socialist (whilst clearly knowing f all about socialism).
But.... but... socialists aren't allowed to like champagne... Let the feckers eat cake (and bacon butties) lol lol lol

As I said Red Ed wasn't completely bad (compared to say Corbyn for multiple reasons) however he still didn't appeal to the working class voters & was found to be wanting on numerous big issues.

Out of curiosity how would you rate the Labour leaders from and including Blair?

We both want the same thing mate we just disagree on how we get there...
