Its not me they need to convince i voted Labour, i would have anybody to keep Boris out of office to be honest,This is just you repeating slogans, edge.
I was saying loads of people turned away from Labour because of what they’d heard about them. A lot of what they’d heard about them was wrong.
What I would love to see is some recognition that people were lied to (and that they understand they were lied to) - otherwise instead of what you claim here, we will be in four years time all watching the same posters make the same arguments that Labour is out of touch, doesn’t represent real people, “I am centre left and I wish I had a party that could represent me instead of these extremists”, Starmer is a bit weird and did you hear he was soft on peados? and so on.
I didn't really have a problem with what Corbyn was saying broadly renationazation ect,
when you actually listened to him he to me came across ok, but did i ever think he could win an election , Good leader , ect no sorry not for a moment did i actually think he had a chance of winning
In reality.
The party was to insular in its outlook , fine for internal consumption but not to the wider audience.
Stamer , i cant really take to him personally, but what were the alternatives on offer ?
Nandy i quite liked , we need a steady pair of hands at the top , and have to be seen to be a safe option, just sit there let Boris fk up and pick the pieces up.
Party needs to wise up , take a leaf out of the Tories , ditch leaders when they are no hopers , keep the message clear, Boris just said get brexit done ,nothing else really and walked it.
Say what people need to hear and get in power , then you can actually do what needs doing, call it lying to get into power if you want i am not botherd ,and it has never bothered the Tories ever so why should are side care.
