Ive given you a list of human rights violations that Starmer waved through and / or encouragesd. You give me the name of some biff who endorsed him as LP leader.

You're out of your depth here, sonny Jim.

I’ve no interest of getting involved in this Overall argument But you rant on here like your the defender of Ian Tomlinson then dismiss David Renton as a biff , you’re beyond parody .

In the grand scheme of this debate an individual barrister is of no consequence.

Tell me that list of Starmer's misdemeanours is incorrect...if that's what you're telling me, that is.

Deal with the substance.

I’m dealing with the substance of you ranting about injustice for Ian Tomlinson and calling a man whose actually fought for decades for Blair peach as a biff . You know actually done something .

Just argue your points and try not to offensive to people who fight got justice not dismiss those they fight for as scum

On the path to a civil war.

Yeah, great move by Starmer. It's the left that gets the vote out on election day. I'm sure they'll be desperate to work for him to get into No.10.

Starmer will have to be replaced by the next election.

He attacks socialists and collaborates with Tories.
Labour are the left, the SWP more radical left. SWP and those with your views represent a tiny corner of the population. That is why the SWP and crackpots try and hijack the Labour party, as your natural party is insignificant and has no successful place in UK politics. Starmer will appeal to the majority on the left. You won't see or admit this as your views and position are quite clear.

Starmer's human rights achievements:

  • Allowed copers who killed Ian Tomlinson to walk free
  • Allowed coppers who assassinated Jean Charles Menezes to walk free
  • Wouldn't prosecute MI5 and MI6 officers for torture of 3 Libyan dissidents
  • Wouldn't prosecute coppers who went undercover and started families and wrecked peoples lives
  • Proponent of a 'superdtabase' to retain records and advance spying on the UK population - repackaged later as the Investigative Powers Act brought in by the Cameron Government, which Starmer - then a Labour MP, supported
  • Worked with Swedish lawyers looking to extradite Julian Assange
...but, yeah, the McLibel case.

Check your facts before diving in and making a fool of yourself. Again.

Thought his job then was to interpret the law as delivered by parliament. And if anyone has ever gone near the law, it's an ass in the first instance, once solicitor lawyers barristers, it is best practice of what has happened before will be common conclusion.

Yes the CPS can act independently of Government of the day, however, they will be constrained by the manner in how th our law is constructed, parameters etc.

I dare say his experience of being Director of Prosecutions opened his eyes further, hence where he is now. His role then will always be a concern, and no doubt as we near the election 2024 it will be front page news.

Its no secret that Corbyn surrounded himself with the likes of Stalinist Milne, Murray from the Communist party, Lansman from the Socialist Workers party etc

They were Labour Party members. Labour Party members have always come from a broad church, it does not mean that Marxists control it. Lansman has been prominent in the party since the 70s.

It also doesn't answer the question, do you really think a shadow cabinet which was composed, at various times, of Lucy Powell, Kier Starmer, Lisa Nandy, Owen Smith, Tom Watson, Clive Lewis, amongst others was signed off by some shadowy group of Marxists?

If that’s you definition then the Trotskyist Blair surrounded himself with Mandelson and Reid from the Communist Party, and Johnson works closely with Revolutionary Communists like Mirza.
