Getting teary eyed. What an opposition.

Quite an abrupt about turn, based on one PMQ performance, from you here.

i’ve my concerns about him but I thought he structured his questions in a way he couldn’t be criticised but made his points and also prepared the groundwork for future questions and potential attacks . He came across like a barrister there in a vaguely forensic way,I don’t know but it’s how I felt watching it .

mate I’m not a fan like I say . I watched it, I don’t think a opposition leader has a lot of choice at the minute . If you get it wrong you’ll be crucified . Even the snp stepped carefully , nailing the government would be a thing of beauty but I’m not sure that's an option just at the minute . I’m probably wrong but I think it feels like softly softly is the only way to go .

Like Karpov on the chessboard mate - the Boa Constrictor.

Tories look confused - they're used to JC yelling at them like a geography teacher on a field trip. But that's not the game right now as you say.

He was agreeing with many of the actions that the government have put in place, showed understanding of the timing issues and raised sensible concerns.....

Why is it responsible? Why would it be irresponsible to do otherwise? Seems very much like you think he was responsible because he didn't attack your master, Johnson?

To be totally clear in a very short space of time I hope those responsible for our failings and any dishonesty in our response to this crisis are held to account first in the commons and subsequently by either a higher court or the public .

Maybe he's also conscious of how popular Johnson is, especially given all the sympathy towards him after he got "sick", and sees ripping into him as risking a public backlash.
