Joey you've managed to ignore the entirity of that piece to focus on the end of it, which even then doesn't say what you think it means.

You could absolutely renationalize the railways by bringing the franchises back in-house as they expire (or as the private firms give them up) - which is what McDonnell wants to do. What EU rules would require the state to do is to allow private firms fair access to the network, which they would have (indeed they'd probably have better access to it than now because the moderation of competition clauses that are written into most of the contracts would not exist) - McDonnell (or Corbyn) never said that they wouldn't.
You mean the crunch of the matter the EU are unpredictable V the UK........

No, I mean this is a case whereby we have all been told a pack of lies by the government about why they had to do something, and now we are poorer and they are richer as a result of this.

Or rather, "this is another case whereby....."

You defend the current Labour party to the hillt - I tell you they are a disaster waiting to happen under the leadership of Corbyn and McDonnell.....

Joey this is not about defending anyone, it is about recognising what reality is. It would not be illegal to renationalize the railways under EU law. Anyone who says that it would be is lying.

So the Independent newspaper tells lies?please read my post on that articler before calling me a liar - as I stated you are blind and what suits your beliefs......
In corbynism....

Yes he does, calling a poster a liar disgraceful....
The Idependent spells the anomalies in renationalised railways out clearly.....
He explained himself above. My comment was regarding your accusation he defends Corbyn to the hilt, he doesn't, most of the time he's usually correcting a media attack narrative, not defending the policy itself.

If reports are true that Farage is in meetings with Priti Patel (key backer of Johnson), I can only assume they are planning a coming together to beat Labour in forthcoming general election.

The electorate will have clear choice of Government, if Johnson wins, Conservative Party held together by Farage and his far right vote. Or Labour.

With Hunt or Johnson as PM nothing changes in Parliament until an election changes the numbers. Had May won her election with clear majority her plan with backstop would have been signed off long ago and Austerity would be still ongoing as now but loud and proud with its foot still on the knecks of the most disadvantaged.

If Labour continue to sit on the fence then I'm afraid the Lib Dems are the main party of opposition.
