....apparently the Gang of 7 applauded at a meeting of the Parliamentary Labour Party this evening. Obviously others are aware of the bullying and intimidation culture of Labour members. Such a shame.

While there has always been a bit of pushing and shoving involved in politics it is pretty clear that there is an underlying purge who do not kneel before JC. You can see it in some of the posts here who are only happy if Labour are one way. It's natural to think that the grassroots share a similar view. Which is a shame as the outcome will likely be more years in opposition and a Tory government.

Thats kinda what baffles me a bit. Anyone who supports Corbyn will obviously vote for him. But those who dont, be it from inside or outside the party, are demonised as being hoodwinked by the media, tory scum, or traitors

edit. Not exactly an endearing message.

....it is similar to the Militant uprising, but there is no real way of turning this around because Party governance means the Momentum left are proping the Corbynisters up. There have always been left wing activists, but they are now using the Labour Party to facilitate their politics.

I redact my “responsible” comment has I know he didn’t say that exactly. But stating something along the lines of “no Jews where in the office at the time” is almost an expression of “they knew it was coming”

Still, what a lovely bloke

Redaction and 'almost', not exactly Woodward and Nernstein is it?

And the Jewish people have been persecuted for thousands of years and are still, to this day, subject to disgusting levels of abuse

Waiting for someone to say the holocaust didn’t happen, maybe Jezza will step up to the plate

What sort of absolute nonsense is that? Are you baiting? Trying to draw out anti semitism or claim it where there is none? That's a despicable aporoach to the subject and disrespectful to anyone that has posted in this thread. There has been no anti semitic comments so don't goad them. Warped.

So this lot if they end up making a proper party will stop labour from winning an election in future as while they won't win the seats they currently have against a new Labour candidate they will take enough of a percentage of the vote across the country to mean Labour can't win the vital swing seats that decide elections like the ones across the Midlands.

All could have been avoided and probably means we are stuck with another decade of Tory rule. Brilliant.
