It's the cocky self assured presentation all of a sudden, five weeks in and it's hammer time. The lack of self awareness is breathtaking, Pete what do you think has been happening the last 14 years ?...

DeadK is a pale imitation. Pete is of a generation and cultural view IMOI'm starting to think Davek's multi is Pete. Pure wummery. Both hate Starmer as well.
Is this a new strike ? Or the one that’s been disrupting journeys for people who use public transport for the last 2 years ?BBC …
“Rail workers expect the same terms as those offered to train drivers to end their strike action, the boss of the RMT union has said.
Mick Lynch told the Times, external he expected a "parallel, synchronised offer" to that offered to drivers' union Aslef on Wednesday.”
“ The RMT will also also hold talks with the Ministry of Defence (MoD) next week, on behalf of its Royal Fleet Auxiliary, external (RFA) members who have been taking part in a fourth day of strike action in a long-running dispute over pay.”
Son, are you old enough to discuss these great matters with Pete?Is this a new strike ? Or the one that’s been disrupting journeys for people who use public transport for the last 2 years ?
The one that the previous governmentl allegedly wrecked talks several times , is it that strike or a new one ?
It's more rent's that is making it more unaffordable to save for a deposit. Than the house prices in itself.Anyone complaining about house prices, I would suggest you get your name on one sharpish because if you think you can’t afford one today, you definitely can’t afford one tomorrow…..
Hey, D, what do you make of @peteblue's argument that this Labour government are bad socialists who'll ruin the country by givingin to Unions? The rail strikes wont go away anytime soon.
Quite rightly the RMT are seeking to get parity with ASLEF and ASLEF itself is not backing down on the east coast line against bullying from management.
The noises out of the government look hostile to the latter of those developments.
So, not content with their recent pay rise LNER (now owned by the government) train drivers will be striking every weekend and as if by magic the Border Force will also be striking…”happy days are here again…..” Once you cave in to one or two unions, every other public sector union will jump in…welcome to the 70’s…..
I think he's scared to debate you Pete. Now Dave and I tend not to agree on politics, but we do tend to agree on both football and Starmer…
