Starmer's Gang wont use the word Islamophobia for a very good reason: they've been banged to rights in an official judicial report for having senior officers of their party charged with Islamophobia.

You cant expect this lot to clear up the mess. They're just a party without ideals and zero credibility on either side of the fence - with far right extremist attackers and Muslim communities being attacked.

You are of course right as the U.K. economy is outperforming the larger EU economies (in spite of Reeves porkies)…but either way has nothing to do with colonialism, well apart from breaking away from our colonial masters in Brussels…..

UK GDP growth in Q1 2024 is 1.8% up on pre pandemic levels (Q4 2019) compared to the wider Euro Zone which is 3.6% up. Individual EU countries vary with Germany only 0.3% up but still having the largest economy. So, again, you’re just peddling fibs.

If that word Islamophobia hadn't have been used and put to her she'd never have uttered it through gritted teeth.

As said, it's completely understandable. The LP under Starmer have become a defender of the Israeli state and their actions in Palestine. They also have senior members of their party found guilty by an independent inquiry of Islamophobia against LP members.

Just announced Keir taking his first holiday next week. Incredible timing with what’s going on.

Let''s not forget that he's taken the Labour Party way to the right and occupies the ground the Tories used to.

Remember he embraced the openly racist Natalie Elphicke.

And this is what he told his favourite paper the S*n two weeks ago:

“Read my lips - I will control our borders and make sure British businesses are helped to hire Brits first. The 685,000 migration number has got to come down. Employers have become too reliant on workers from overseas and should always have a choice of recruiting a British worker first”.

The feller cant even police the anti-black and Muslim racists in his own party.

If anyone is expecting Starmer to get on top of the Far Right they;re kidding themselves. His own actions and words have encouraged the vermin running amok.

A significant number of party members spelt out their experiences of discrimination – racism, Islamophobia and sexism – and that officials at regional and national level did not take such problems seriously.
It is incredibly hard not to draw the conclusion that, just as in British society, Islamophobia is not treated with the same seriousness within the Labour Party as as other forms of racism.

Just as if anyone can take the words of Cooper - a rancid right wing Labour MP - that they'll stand up for Muslims and against Islamophobia.
