The whole idea of 'Labour's' plans for transgender recognition was to "simplify" the means for that. That's what they've promised prior to the election. Have they done that? No, they've left all the obstacles in place, including the waiting time for recognition and the fact that they'll need to be sat in judgment of by 'experts'.I mean you’re just inventing things now. It’s also not a Tory policy. Labour introduced the 2 year rule with the Gender Recognition Act in 2004.
