Their constant weaponising of anti-semitism is going to tear the party apart and if they don’t fix it quickly it could be the reason they lose the election.

the double standards the leadership treat anyone slightly to the left with the starmtroopers is already tearing them apart.
they'd lose the next election if the tories hadn't spent the last 14 years dry boning the country

Would it be fair to say that this is a role reversal from the momentum hardcore? Even if you don't agree I think we can agree that it is all deeply frustrating. The tory hierarchy have been given a gift that keeps on giving and I clearly have a role to play in dividing us all.

Momentum never managed to deselect an MP. The closest they came - Danczuk, who is standing for Farage's mob this time out - was banned from standing but that was after serial offences such as robbing his expenses, threatening other Labour members and most famously trying to sext a 17 year old girl who had asked him for a job.

What the clique around Starmer have done to MPs, local mayors and others is far more severe.

What I am suggesting is that momentum adopted a role of protection and intimidation for Corbyn and this is the backlash of getting those sorts out.

Graham Jones made 'comments' at the same meeting re israel that Azhar Ali was recorded at doing the same. Jones also suspended. These two morons have let themselves get stitched right up.
There's a danger here that any unguarded or ill-thought out comment, particularly if taken out of context, could wreck the careers of anyone aspiring to a future in politics. Pretty much every public meeting is recorded these days and what could have been passed off or denied in the past is now on record forever.

The biggest person to get stitched up here is Starmer, who has walked straight into a trap set for him.

The JLM seems to value Zionist interests above tbose of the UK. It also seems to currently be running the Labour Party.

I'm sorry if that comes across as antisemitic, it's just the impression they give. They say "jump", the leadership says "how high?", and it's been like that for a while.

They are deliberately conflating criticism of Israeli policy with antisemitism. It is cancerous and ultimately self-defeating behaviour.

The cynic in me says undercover tories are out in force pushing for comment re israel, culture wars and the hate for boat people is only carrying them so far, so it's time to smear who they can and pull a corbyn-type-labour-hates-Jews narrative. Blood in the water here, and the sharks are circling.

They won't win. They've chased after people they lost last election and left most of their core voters disenfranchised and disillusioned. Starmer is the real issue, he seems determined to go completely against the Labour grain thinking it makeshim electable, it doesn't, it just makes him a phoney.
