Club's are going to have to invest in money generating assets... i.e. property and real estate to boost revenues.

That's what Man City will attempt to do...

That's what Everton are doing in a smaller way with the new building....There is no limit on "investment" for infrastructure i.e. stadia.

Just 12million PER SEASON on other borrowings or outside investment LIMIT. i.e. player purchase borrowings.

We're going to see a crunch in the transfer market values by 2013. On the crazy levels of recent years.

Big picture:

THIS HAS AFFECTED EVERTON this time round.

But it will affect others far more as well over the next two years than us.

None compliance? = NO EUROPEAN COMMERCIAL LICENCE = NO CHAMPIONS LEAGUE OR EUROPA LEAGUE FOOTBALL.

Ok. So we've got planning permission for Bellefield. We won't see any money from it until we sell the houses though. That would be different from borrowing money to try and buy footballing success.

It has just occurred to me though, where will the money be coming from to develop Bellefield? Is that why we can't spend?

He put in a solid shift when Mikel was injured, gave his all in every game, had lumps kicked out of him up and down the league, he did the business to be fair to the lad.

That said, if they need the cash now, but 2 mill is 2 prem places of prize money so he could be worth more to us for the rest of the season than the fee.

No doubht, hes a good player i just dont think hes effective enough, last season he was sublime for three quaters of the season but he has bad spells here to. In the main its been positive, but i think hes in a hard learning curve leaving here.

thats Everton 4 ever... the lid with the spurs contacts

I wouldn't know, mate. I know whom you're referring to, but I've no idea if he has actual spuds contacts or not. I'll assume nothing has happened until LCAB and/or THT have spoken, because their word is gospel. I know that much.

At this point though, I wouldn't say no to Robbie Keane. Another Irishman in blue will do me fine, plus the "I've been an Evertonian since I was a kid" press conference will be enjoyable.

No worries , Dude .

I'm stressed

HAVE YOU SEEN these NUMBERS ????

Ha! I've been on and off a few times over the last couple of days so I've helped boost em. You & THT need to sort your autobiographies out.

My guess is it'll quadruple if ya can keep the thread open up until the window closes... 100,000 hits... easy
