I'd suggest Moyes, Elstone and Kenwright are this moment putting their feet up for the night ready to launch into the English market tomorrow for a last minute bargain. (n)
 

Dont get your hopes up - and this is obviously clutching at the very finest of straws!! - but when you click the thumbnails on the Atletico defence here: clubatleticodemadrid.com only Hetinga's doesn't load up with the fact file tabs.

We get Heitinga and a quality right midfielder, then we are sorted. Onwards and upwards for us if it can become a reallity.

It's Bank Hol , mate . I don't to pester . They've worked through the weekend and today I believe .
As of last night , both us and him were keen , but Valencia are not having it , and have pulled City-esque stunts to prevent it . Far as I knew they had until sometime today to make a decision .
What I would say is , don't look for the positives , look for negatives .
They are far more likely to announce that it's off - thus opening other avenues , placing player/players agent pressure on club , and leaving time for other manoeuvres- least , in my opinon .
Thus , while window remains open and we hear nistch . My digits are still crossed .
Don't know if that helps .

Heitinga is mainly a centre-half and at a PUSH he could play right-back he is a ok player but not someone we should be breaking our wage structure for especially since we have already signed the classy Distin who is a much better defender than Heitinga

The three he'll have signed if Heitinga is confirmed are all adaptable players and that's a great recycling of the Lescott cash with hopefully a back up CB to come tomorrow - but NOT please God Taylor. (y)
