Pretty sure that anyone that was thinking of voting Brexit Party, and sees UKIP on the ballot paper will be confused enough to vote for them rather than the Tories.

....just reading historic ‘tweets’ of the new loony left Momentum Labour candidate for my West Derby constituency. Ian Byrne posted pathetic tweet about Everton wives running for cover after an Everton defeat.

Not only a loony leftie wanting to represent me in Parliament but a ignorant Liverpool supporter. What a direction this Labour Party is heading in. There was no doubt I was going to vote Labour, I’ve never done anything else at a GE, but I’m really not sure now.

Its not illegal. Well, it could be, but I very much doubt there would a paper trail between them.
It is illegal if they are considered to be guilty of manipulating market changes. The FCA is clamping down heavily on this sort of thing and a lot goes on behind the scenes that we don't know about. Somebody investing heavily in shorting the pound and then seen to be making substantial contributions to the Brexit party would be under the microscope. Proving it against individuals may be difficult, but financial institutions can be heavily fined by the FCA with no need to go through the courts.

Yeah, I know. The shorting the pound thing is purely made up by me. Like, it wouldnt surprise me, but as you seem to be in or around that field, (as I used to be), you know there is more one way to skin a cat. So that wouldnt surprise me neither!

All very murky. The big question is who is Mifsud really and was he working for the Russians or was he an Italian counter-intelligence asset working for the CIA, or was he just an academic as he claimed? Funny thing is, he's gone missing, hasn't been seen for over a year.

Dun, dun duuuuun.
I've heard he's standing for the Brexit Party

That would be brilliant mate. Not voting for your local constituent because he is a RS fanlol.

You can always follow my lead and not vote at all Eggs. I'm sick of the lot of them. And it isn't just to do with Brexit either. I'm absolutely sick of the backstabbing and bickering. I've never been somebody who has been firmly in any particular camp. I've always looked at what each had to offer and chose accordingly to suit me and my families needs. Now all they do is slag each other off 24/7. I've always voted at a general election but none of them deserve my vote this time.

...it’s strategically obvious but Momentum is not smart enough to make changes. Momentum Labour is being run by shop stewards. I can’t see any way out of the mess.
You go on about momentum but you haven't provided any evidence as to how this is panning out, especially at a local level. I am very wary myself about them, but local candidates such as Ian Byrne in West Derby have been selected to run as MPs with absolutely no help from them.....he is a genuine working class candidate who, from what I know about him will be a fine representative....the party is NOT run by momentum at all, and I personally think their influence is exaggerated.

...I have no problem voting for a Liverpool fan, Fred, but not an ignorant one. I’d genuinely feel the same if it was an Evertonian posting similar about Reds fans.

I expect my MP to have high moral standards, it’s an amazingly responsible position. I expect my MP to be bright and know the difference between right and wrong. it looks increasingly like Momentum want the party hierarchy filled with shop stewards. The loonies are running the asylum, I want my Labour Party back.
