He doesn't need 100. I don't think a 100 majority has ever been on the cards - this ain't gonna be a 1997 landslide. I think they'll get a majority but even it's only a majority of 10 he'll be delighted.
Five days ago, Boris Johnson went up North to flooded areas for a photo opportunity, only when Corbyn visits flood hit areas, points out that the south when it flood gets a better response from Government, only then does Johnson actually pulls his out of touch finger out...

Two of them are literally in the same sentence as the £15 an hour one.

As for perception, that is what I was trying to say in an earlier post - people are losing their minds over this, that burger flippers are asking for £15 an hour and that Corbyn is an extremist for supporting them. In what part of history (British or otherwise) has political extremism involved political figures supporting fast food workers in getting to slightly above the national average wage?
Sorry but the first thing you read is the £15, and as I say, the rest then gets lost coming after that message.

And it's not slightly above minimum wage it's nearly double.

I think it might be a response to Pete's constant *Boris whenever anyone calls him Johnson.

If it's acceptable for one then it's fine for the other.

Other way round, he started a whole thread on it. It's easy to find as it is some of the only content he hasn't copy-paste stolen from elsewhere

I am doing other things while posting.

But let's follow the average wage. I still think that the average person will wonder why a low skilled job requiring no qualifications will be earning that amount of money.

They will, and they’ll be far more outraged over that than the fact that the average FTSE 100 CEO makes more than 100 times their annual salary, ie: earns in three days what they get in a year.

I think the thread might have been a response to the 'Boris' 'Bojo' shouts.

Honestly, other than like-signalling, who is really arsed? Who genuinely cares if we are talking about Big Jez, Bozza, JoSwis, Cowardly Nige?

We use Iceland, Rico, Snivelley, Calorie-Loser etc etc in Everton forum without it being some bizzare moral issue
