Haha . fair enough , dude .

No . I do not . You know me Ballys Funeral story , Mucka .

Anyways , these points I mention have been brought to me directly on Twits . Thus , I responded to them all . Others too , incidentally . Thing is tho , this , we cant help the Trolls thing is kinda LFC after Heysel .

It COMES from the Top . " Let's Get Militant .. " An YOU KNOW IVE BEEN ON REAL Picket Lines DK , is just NOT the way to go . I reiterate ; No Dough , No Backers , No Plan , No Clue .. <<< ADDRESS THESE issues rather than , rather contradictingly , apply the ethos of the Street yet look to get into bed with the first Capitalist Mufuka who turns up .

I GENUINELY FEEL THIS T BE TRUE , Kid .

But yeah . I DO NOT Support Our current Chairman .

This is VERO .

Any militancy like personally targetting Kenwright is a sign of desperation and needs to be avoided. By the same token mate, you know that haranguing Bill outside the car park is small beer to what he's faced in the past from Evertonians a long, long time before the BU were even thought up. Bill was manhandled coming out of the ground once (the old Highbury?) during the fall to 17th early in the Moyes era I think. He's been screamed at when sat in various directors boxes up and down the country too. If he's being targetted now by the BU it's a less physical confrontation and one focussed on his role in standing in front of others who are pulling his strings. In reality these protests have been tame not militant: there's no call for boycotts (the reverse in fact), there's no call for blockading. They've done things by the book. There's some talk of in-stadium protests but I fail to see the militancy of that. People are sooo sensitive of any expression of passion these days it's unreal...and the propaganda department at the club will work with that sensitivity all day long to protect their employers. There's a demonisation of this group which is completely laughable. People need to get over the fact that others have the audacity to call for soemthing better. We're not serfs.

I think you're right that we have to be careful who comes in after BK. But that's been used as an excuse to keep the present lot in place for so long it's an argument that barely has traction anymore. Like it or not it's an overplayed hand that persuades nobody. I'd say we'd be really unforunate to have worse successors than this lot we have now. BK may have had a plan going forward back in the day based on a stadium move, but there's now absolutely nothing he or his cohorts have to offer us, only more effective disinvestment and more (if we're lucky) mediocrity. To all intents and purposes we're controlled by non-Evertonians in the shadows as it is, so how worse can things get? This is what the BU reflect. They're position isn't outrageous.

The one thing we have to be wary of though is how much debt new owners could pile on the club without any thoughts or cares about the longterm future, something that a non blue wouldn't really give 2 fecks about.

That said though, I think if the present lot could run up more debt that the club would be liable for then they would, it's just a case of them not having the means to without using personal assets as a guarantee.

Mate , I could honestly raise a few points there , but Im not gonna , cause I SO HATE THIS Subject .

Ive DONE IT , an DONE IT , ... Like that .

Agree to disagree . The FAULT tho , lies not with one side , but uny one side is calling the other Billy Liar .

Glass Houses , an' STILL NO TANGIBLE PLAN - something hey accuse him of btw ;Dough , Backers ...etc . Its been long enough now . Media focus significant , yet no-one has come out to actually financially stand with them .

For me , as I said , he ethos is laudable , but the acuality is they remain largely insignificant everywhere except on Forums . For the mainstream Season Ticket / Go regular Blue , I would suggest .

Least thats me opinion , but , really , Im not looking for extended dialogue on this .

In fact , Im gonna do what Ive done with his thread until Friday , an' SWERVE IT .

Nice speakin' , Comerada Mia , lid .

Im not sure counting the fa cup win of 95 as some great era is a good avenue. That win and the ONE season after it covered up a long period of garbage both before and after that has been stabilised since. I would willingly swap the mid to late 9Os for the last decade, even including the cup win

Bizarre.

had me in bulk today, someone in his street has a flag up ,dosnt go the game , he is only up first thing , with the lion of bootle(his dog) and when it does its poo, he picks it up in a bag and wipes it all over the front door and step of the reds house, not nice but i coulnt help laughing, hes fuken nuts, sound as anything outside away from the footy.cracker fella.

Fantastic

Why is it bizarre- we spent seasons when we didnt know if we would still be in the prem. Dont get me wrong the cup win was ace but it masked alot - mike walker, lots of promises of top mangers before howard kendall mk iii

The 2009 cup run and CL play off games aside, this has been a dismal 12 years. Yes we re-established a bit of pride by punching above our weight for the first half of that period, but that novelty has well and truly worn off and we can now see that we've trudged halfway back down the slope we climbed. Add to that the years of civil war over some hare-brained scheme to move Everton out of town and you can see how many people dont hold the view of the current regime you do.

Since when as consecutive seasons in top 6 qualifying for europe been dismal. If thats dismal ill take it every time thanks

As for the bit about my view of current regime - ive never mentioned it so i dont know how u know what it is. I am on about a football team and what it does on the pitch. Not everything has to be with a pro / anti board agenda

It's not dismal if you're Norwich, I suppose. I expect a bit more from us.

1995 was a long time ago. I've never seen a drought like it, and yet I keep hearing the word 'success' bandied about in relation to Everton under Kenwright. It's embarrassing. Completely embarrassing.

TBF,from a league perspective, we had decent results in the 60's, 1970-1983 was dire, the rest of the 80's is history, the 90's were really dire, and in the 2000's we have been pretty consistent whilst not hitting a real high but certainly better than the 90's or 70's..............

Well, I was talking about my own experience, but we nearly won the league in the mid-70s. Realistically we were contenders. Historically, the only period that comes close to this one was the years between 1939 to 1963. If you take out the 6 years of war that meant 18 seasons without a trophy - roughly the same barren record we now face (although, of course, we were relegated in the 50s too).

It;s a disgraceful record. The word 'success' should never be entered into the same sentence as 'Kenwright years'.

While I agree about the lack of trophy, statistically from a league position the last ten or so years were better than the mid 40-late 50's, the 70's and the 90's. BUT, and I think this is the real issue, we do not consider ourselves contenders anymore and we are settling for second best which has never been the case before.....

Not really clear without links to the specific lies "They" have made, assuming you mean the Blue Union. Twitter conversations you've had with internet personas don't count.
