I think everyone has to stop and ask themselves a question here.

What's the objective in all of this? Prove Bill is not what he says he is? Prove financial irregularities? Prove someone has lied?

Business can sometimes be a dirty business. As fans we're all in the business of seeing success on the pitch, trophies, great players, exciting football, European qualification etc etc.

We can bring Bill to his knees for sure, the problem is that it will not provide what the fans really want which is the aforementioned success.

All our efforts should be in helping the club find a new owner. If that means Bill sells at a highly inflated price, and ends up with undeserved riches, so be it - it would all be forgotten if the Premiership was paraded round Goodison Park in May 2015/6/7 (whichever date) under new ownership.

To a man, woman and child, none of us should act in a manner which damages the prospect of a future sale.....

The operating costs aren't what goes to the banks.

"Other operating costs" are just that. OTHER stuff. If theres something that isn't specifically referenced elsewhere in the balance sheet, that's where it is. There's no conspiracy.

I know that. You're the one that wrote 'We know where the money goes. The banks.'

The operating costs don't go to the banks. And yes, 'operating costs' is a generic term that cover a multitude of things. The problem is, £24m is an extremely large amount of money to have operating costs, and other club's annual accounts (Spurs for example) produce an itemised breakdown of 'other operating costs' so there is no confusion and every penny is accounted for and publicly declared. Everton don't, that's the whole problem.

What underhand tactics? You're not going on about the alleged taping recording are you, that the club never proved and after threatening legal action, never took any. Honestly, why do you think that is? Maybe because their claims were without any proof?

What was 'underhand' about the car park incident? A few lads shouting through a fence as Kenwright arrived, one of whom filmed it. Big deal. It's hardly graffiting his property, or even jumping on the back of his car like one lid did to Peter Johnson back in the day. Bill's getting off easy if you want to paint him as some sort of victim.
The 'denial' in their statement they were not involved in the car park incident, call me naive but i don't believe them for one minute.

Success on the field is our reward not £££££'s in our pocket!

which makes a happy ship nice buying prospect ect..

but its down to kenwright to maintain that which he is not! so its him and him alone who is damaging the image of the club at the mo!!

and imho no protest could ever devalue this club!!!

I don't think its too much to ask where the Arteta money is, why he bought more shares in the club (more profit for himself, biggest blue my ar$e) how much the club is for sale for? Where has the Beckford, Yak, Vaughan, Pienaar money gone? I don;t think they are bad questions to ask are they?

EDIT: I must be a BU member, as im making an anti-kenwright statement

Story on Facebook tonight saying Jain group offered £75 mill and clear all debts the board said no ... Take it all with a pinch of salt .
Until ssn say a deal is done not sure why I waste my energy thinking about bill packing his office up

Yes, sorry I phrased it poorly. The other operating costs don't go to the banks. But the Arteta, Bellefield (I really don't see why this is a big deal to people, it's nothing to do with the playing staff) Beckford money may well have, because they've been on our case since we defied them and signed Fellaini. Also, shouting "where's the Arteta money?" "is Rodwell next?" through a fence when we are a full three weeks from the transfer deadline and nobody else has made a cash purchase yet is premature at best.

I think it's more a preference of the club's accountants than the club itself whether it gives an itemised breakdown of the cost, but I'd be gladly proven wrong for the sake of clarity.

Didn't someone show that our other costs is not excessive compared to other clubs? Probably Damon like.

Who cares who is a member of BU?

Our sole objective must be to optimise the chances of success on the pitch - that's the responsibility of everyone, shareholders, Directors, Management, players and fans......

Probably not true but if it is FML.

If Kenwright were the biggest blue ever he should sell for the debt, he's still a rich rich man!!!
