as I've said before I'm neither a BK or a BU supporter. (Whilst appreciating the concept of the BU some of their carry on has been an embarrassment.) However to generate more support for the removal of the disgrace that is our current board if 'people' involved with the BU have proof of the claims they make, which I'm not denying or agreeing with because i haven't seen anything one way or the other, then publish it. Make it available for EVERY evertonian to see. Once the evidence is layed down in black and white for all to see then, and only then, will the pro Bill blues begin to change their outlook.

You're not a BK supporter but need evidence of his various failures over the years ? Tommy, it's out there, it's black and white, and I can't be arsed repeating it to infinity.

That's the point Fozzy - any buyer is only buying goodwill, an intangible item on the balance sheet. There are no assets left, the only thing left because it is intangible can be destroyed through badly thought out actions by Bill, protesters or anyone else connected with the club. If all you are selling is goodwill, you should do everything to maintain it!

Completely agree mate, although I will say that the Blue Union have already been doing this. They published a newsletter last November that had everything written down in black and white. They have been holding regular meetings as I'm sure you know (next one is Wed Jan 25th at the Casa bar in town, 7pm start). Unfortunately, the local media are extremely reluctant to give them any coverage at all, which is a scandal in and of itself. The local media (Post & Echo) is fighting to survive itself; the Post is going from a daily to a once a week paper soon because of declining sales and loads of journos are getting made redundant. The ones left working at the Echo don't want to rock the boat too much because they don't want to upset the club and lose their jobs. The Echo relies on access to the club for interviews and stories so that they can sell papers. The Club is the oxygen to the Echo; without the Club, the Echo is in the proverbial poo.

It's really difficult for the Blue Union to win over hearts and minds and be victorious in a PR Battle 'gunfight' when only armed with a knife, so to speak.

If the local press, post and RSrag echo, aint buying go national. Aim for the top, the big papers, the Sundays. Print as many copies as possible and hand out at games.I know printing aint cheap but if every member printed a hundred each that would generate thousands, if as BU say many thousands of evertonians support them, then we're talking tens of thousands of copies. Send copies to every newspaper editor in the country. Take out a full page ad in one of the nationals. Shouting crap through a car park fence in childish and embarrassing. If the BU are serious, which i don't doubt for one minute, then get advice from a pro how to run a media campaign. Prove to EVERY Evertonian that they are telling the truth. Show us that they can run their campaign with dignity, without petty and childish carryings on, without underhanded tactics or unproven allegations and they will win the majority over. As it currently stands the majority of blues distrust the BU as much if not more than BK.

not asking for it to be repeated to me. Read what i said. I am only one of many many thousands of blues. Not everybody uses this or any other forum but rely on what the OS tell them. It's about proving it to the many many thousands who don't know any different.

The Blue Union have NEVER ONCE said that he was 'creaming money from the club'. This is the same type of factually incorrect slur against the Blue Union that causes the mistrust in the first place. Spin coming from somewhere, no doubt, to turn fans against BU. Disagree with BU by all means, but at the same time as wanting evidence for BK errors, I wish people wouldn't tell lies about the Blue Union.
