they were bought by earl in kenwrights name ,on paper hes the number 1 shareholder ,but the no1 is really earl .90 per cent of his shares were bought with earls money FACT

just a quick one, we all know foxy is 'sauced' and he has the respect of a large number of GOT users, with this in mind and with reading this post, does everybody still think Bill is the antichrist? Surely the vitriol and hatred aimed at BK would be better aimed at the charming Mr Earle? If what foxy says is true, and I don't doubt him at all, then BK is, as I've suspected all along, merely a front/puppet for the other major shareholders.

According to the post containing the shares breakdown Earle owns, on paper, 23ish %. If he has bought other shares in BK's name how much of the club do both BK and Earle own? Is Earle's % enough for him to be majority shareholder? If so why is BK getting the flak for the £150 million price? (is this price official or just what KH has guessed at?

Why do you think we over shot the budget to such a degree this year?

We havent had a Net spend for around 3-4 Years now mate and in that time we had Record breaking SKY money, Attendances thru the roof and long Cup runs in a LOT of Cups, not to mention massive prize money from top 6 finishes.

Over spending has never been our problem, getting money in, was and always will be with trained Chimps running the business side.

Interest on payments to anonymous people in the cayman Islands?

Ill go one step further and say that if we looked at interest payments over the years to banks and other dubious lenders. The cost of interest on the money spent to buy the club from Johnson and it would be in excess of 40 million.

If Earle is the antichrist, then Kenwright is his cabana boy and stands by and watch's as he does his evil deeds.

No the share price is valued by an external shares company, Blankstoen Sington Ltd, you cant buy or sell everton shares without going through them.

Ah suck me neck back in just found this on the Blankstone website

Q9 How is the Everton price determined?
A. The price is determined by agreement between buyer and seller. Blankstone Sington Limited plays no role in setting prices.

Actually the interest of 1 Loan alone, the 1 we secured on ST sales, is around 40m on its own.

I dont think so mate personaly, our turnover has peaked at 80 mill which has increased no end under the tenure of the current board, i know a lot of that is down to Tv money. However the liabilites of the club has increased.

The big mistake and possibily the biggest mistake made by Bill and the board bar the KD and DK was made in the summer of 2010. We overshot compleately on the bumper new contracts offered to new players the single biggest draw of expendible income at the club, we saw the majority of the squad graduate from reasonably paid PL players to very good contracts, while Arteta was offered and given a contract that seemed compleatley beyond our means and proved to be. Now you have to say that was bad planning, it was done out of desperation, it was done to support the manager, it was done because i beleive Bill is a fan, it was done because there was genuine beleif that this sqaud could really do something special.

The truth is we couldnt afford it, i suspect we planned to use our overdraft more actively and Barckleys got jittery about it as essentialy wages are dead money, compared to say useing it to sign Andy Johnson for 9 mill and sell him for 12 mill. Leaving us with a massive hole in the finance that needed to be covered by offloading players in Jan and subsequently in the summer.

Im often surprised that the Bill cirtics and the BU dont pick up on this in terms of the glaringly obvious, but you know my opinions on that.
