Moyes wanted him , One thing you can never accuse him of is not being able to spot a player.
I wanted Moyes gone as much as anyone but you wonder how he would have done in today's Situation with money to spend when he was a young manager and not the ultra cautious,rabbit I the headlights shell of a man he is now.

And you know which is more likely to happen. We will end up signing a back up center back costing us more than hanging on to someone like williams and who will be just as useless

If we can sign 1 CB + 1 DM for this season who are of the same calibre of Richarlison + Digne then thats fine with me.

In 12months time Jagielka and Baines will be gone and we have Robinson for Baines + can sign a super centre back + another midfielder.

Kenny is a very good defender , not being used. I would drop Keane and play jags left cb and push seamus inside to play right cb and kenny moves to rb .
