Saltash may be on the border of Devon, i agree, but i was seeing a bird from Bude who also pronounced it as pastee, we went shopping at Trago Mills, i had pasty,gravy and chips there, and as far as i can recall, it was called a pastee there too ! So geographical lessons aside, i think it's fair to say that not everyone down there calls it a parstee !
