If Rwanda is to be the UK's offshore dormitory can we export some of our politicians to help run the show?
I can think of several I'd like to wave off at the airport.

The birthrate is not too far being halved in the last 60 years in this country. So the idea of it doubling isn't as impactful as you make it sound. Actually declining now as well.

So no, the same way when it was almost doubled 60 years ago to what it is today, that didn't warrant a mass sterilisation then.

A ridiculous thought experiment when this country has had evidence of that level of birth rates. Much less houses built then as well and we didn't collapse.

Because we complain about population changes in some instances that we wouldn't in others. Similarly, the population of London has risen by about 3 million in the last 40 years. If that was as a result of fertility rising/death rate falling, that would be deemed okay, as it would if the migration was people coming from Southampton or Birmingham, but if most of that growth was from Poles or Germans coming to the city that would be seen as a problem.

I do know that there have been massive issues in re-housing refugees from Syria and Afghanistan.

Various reasons for this, but it is an issue that needs to be addressed.

People within the civil service tried to provide some solutions which have been ignored for this ridiculous Rwanda policy.

I may have this wrong but thought it would be a key essential for the job, but isn’t ‘virtue signalling’ literally the job description for any member of the clergy or any religion for that matter?

Along as the right can use buzz words to discount the notion of empathy, I doubt they care for the accuracy of any of it
