In a nut shell, our Navy pick up refugees in the channel, and they get sent to Rwanda for "processing". Make me feel sick.

I’m convinced that Michael Fabricant is a fictional character whose soul purpose is to be ridiculous as possible to deflect from the real issues.

He always seems to get wheeled out after a scandal and his hair somehow looks more ridiculous with every outing.

Yes, logistically, and financially, it is insane. But it plays to their gallery, well, they think it does. The UK has been slowly creeping towards this stuff ever since the Brexit vote unfortunately.

I said ages ago that the UK the world saw during the 2012 Olympics was the real one, and one to be proud of. The current one is the polar opposite.

A map of where people originally came from, before deciding that the much vaunted EU was not a place they wanted to live. There is absolutely no reason why processing should not take place in the EU, indeed they are legally obliged to do so. The U.K. pays France to help with all this, but they turn a blind eye to the criminal racket and allow people to cross a dangerous sea. If people were processed and deemed genuine refugees, as opposed to economic migrants, then we should put them on a ferry or plane and bring them over safely...



Of course if anyone has a genuine answer to this problem, please just share it…..

Not saying the current idea is right in any way but there does have to be some sort of buffer in place.

Countries have border patrol for a reason outside the EU. You can't just let everyone in that turns up, without anything in place. This fellas attitude of just help them , morally is correct but logically it isn't. For a whole host of reasons that would spin this conversation in a different direction.

I do Bruce, and you know that for a long time I have said similar. Do it legally and be welcomed. They are in no danger at all within the EU until they are processed. Why does France not do this is the real question …..
