Got a feeling they'll say that a few people stayed after work for a drink or something to minimise how bad it sounds. Maybe they'll push a few junior staff members out as well.

Ah, Jo. You're right, but we have to remember that Corbyn was the leader at the time, and he has always been in favour of leaving the EU, so Labour under him was probably more akin to the Labour under Foot that prompted the SDP to leave in the first place.

I’m saddened but not surprised that more hasn’t been made of this news, as I only heard about this a couple of days ago.

I know a good few Indian people who are very worried about the implications of this.

SNP won’t be interested without a referendum on the table though but if the polls continue on this pattern they might not be needed.

Irrespective of his personal EU stance, what he was proposing was a democratic and not a hard Brexit. We wouldn't be in this state.

Get Labour, LD, and Greens together and you'll have 50% or more of the vote even without the SNP or Plaid et al.
