At this point I reckon Johnson should do a press conference, while behind him on a big screen plays a video of MPs and staff at a party last Xmas, while he stands at the podium, looks straight to camera and denies that the party behind him ever took place.

Not exactly what I envisaged, but pretty much along those lines.

Seeing the MP’s all tapping away on their mobiles during PMQ’s always winds me up for some reason. Just looks unprofessional to me, but when you see tweets being sent with perfect timing I sort of understand why they do it.

I think an unavoidable truth is that Conservatives are seen as anti-immigration, and a considerable portion of the typical labour voting demographic agree with that stance.

If there was a magical world in which Labour could still be Labour but with an anti-immigration stance, it would be a whitewash.

Boris apologies for something that didn't happen. .

Better yet, they will investigate the party that didn't happen and punish anyone despite them breaking the rules at this non existent party.

I made a comment about a week ago saying I don't think he gets past Xmas. Still stand by it.
It's crumbling around him. He can't even say something like I will have a proper investigation and come down hard on those who attended because.
If there was a party. It was in his house or if he plays the I don't live at no 10 card, then it was in the chancellor's house.
Media's turned, opposition leaders asking him to resign. As much as we all despise newspaper that shall not be named. The minute they turn, it is all over for him.
I just don't see how he gets out of this.
