She would happily see people die painful and gruesome deaths.

The right to protest should exist so anything that prevents that is scary.Been telling people and telling people this woman is an absolute danger. How can we stop this?

Priti Patel has quietly been stuffing even more anti-protest powers into the policing bill
It is, without hyperbole or caveat, a piece of law which would sit more easily in a dictatorship than a democracyinews.co.uk
The minute someone gets arrested for "potentially" it will already be too late to be up in arms, because of this legislation. The right to protest should exist so anything that prevents that is scary.
I do seem to think everything stemming from the reaction to these bills are based on things that haven't happened rather than have. The minute someone is arrested for potentially then people should be up in arms about it. But until it happens , it hasn't happened, whether or not the legislation is there. After all, in theory police can do this but in reality , will they?
Reading this , it's theorising that element. But until it happens then it doesn't necessarily mean people can't protest.
I still think it was the actions of the protestors that took things too far to get us here, no matter how bad these potential new laws are. Cause and effect, against the wrong people. One thing protesting but the lead up to it was smashing up police vans and pulling down statues, can't expect to do that in the name of protest and not expect some reprecussions , never mind glueng yourself to a motorway and blocking ambulances!
But if people want to kick off when one of the minor ones are brought into effect, then good.
I mean they did protest it originally by smashing up police vans and stuff so....The minute someone gets arrested for "potentially" it will already be too late to be up in arms, because of this legislation.

That's what I mean, what do people expect to happen when some decide to cross between protest and riot? It was the thing to do in 2020 and look where we are.
I'd hope that people march to the capital and protest this as much as they can peacefully , to show that the majority aren't represented by the idiots.
Rioting, criminal damage and assaulting people were and are already offences that people could (and were) banged up for.
Please don't try and suggest this latest nonsense is in response to that; it isn't.
This legislation has got little or nothing to do with any recent protests. It is purely about government control and stopping any investigation of their actions or dissent. The recent protest are nothing on the scale of what we had back in the latter half of the last century and the erly part of this. We had full blown riots in the eighties as well as more normal protests. If any government back then had tried to do what this one is planning the situation would have been much worse and the government would have faced a massive back-lash. People like yourself will willingly help facilitate a situation here where the government can do whatever it wants to whoever it wants with no scrutiny whatsoever.I mean they did protest it originally by smashing up police vans and stuff so....
