Most people in uni don't give a flying fig about politics or guest speaking, may help to be seen or reflect on some of views depending on subject and the key lecturer... Few students are ideologues and good for them. The rest study hard and get smashed and hopefully laid at some point.

I.e. the National Trust Colonial Countryside furore. All based on perfectly robust research. Yet they want to effectively censor the findings by preventing heritage organisations from drawing on them to shine light on the past.
