And its the "few" that taints the majority, Perhaps we should be getting angry about greedy tax avoiding and defrauding individuals with more money than they can ever spend in a number of lifetimes.
The amount given on vouchers is miniscule compared to the amount of public money this uncaring and selfish government have wasted on their crony mates in private companies.

I thought civilizations were supposed to become more civilized and lives became easier as we gained more knowledge and technological know how? Instead more corruption and cronyism takes places with the weaker in society recieving smaller and smaller support.
The Shame of this government hangs with the gullible masses who voted them in... just remember that.
Because there is no CH4 poverty porn programme about tax dodgers or millionaire criminals. They are saved for immigrants and people on benefits. Show the odd immigrant demanding a bigger council house or a benefit claimant buying a 6 pack of Skoll and some ciggies and it puts ideas into peoples heads that it's what they all do.
This lad deserves a standing ovation at every ground in the country when fans get back. He's started a movement and hopefully his persistence and platform is the cause of the scumbags downfall - it does appear to be a tipping point.

How do food banks actually work? Like what's to stop people turning up for free food who can afford it?

Usually a referal from social worker,doctor,proof of loss of benefits and you get about 3 days worth of non perishable goods,pasta tinned stuff,that type of stuff

You "join" and are assessed, then given a number of vouchers to use.
Like most things Covid wise mind, I am sure they would have streamlined systems though. Like my parents started receiving food parcels, via the council, but using data the food banks might have had as well. I just took them to the collection point at Sainsburys.
