Haha, people are still entrenched in this get Brexit done at any cost battle. There was news today that the government are spending quite a bit of time (and a lot of money) preparing for a P(ropaganda)R push in January to reassure their voters that Brexit is fantastic. Obviously, as the effects become transparent, the disparate groups that voted for it are almost all going to be disappointed about the lack of their own favoured unicorn.

Here in Northern Ireland we have people in Government who are Creationalists, they believe the world is only 4500 years old, we tend to gloss over this. Now we have a Foreign Secretary who believes people didn't kneel down before they saw it on Game of Thrones.
I have never seen Game of Thrones but I have defiantly been know to kneel, perhaps I learned it from people who have seen Game of Thrones.
They have hidden Dominic Cunnings from the public for being a dick, hopefully they will do the same with Raab.

Nothing, this is the problem with two party politics. The same as USA no matter how far they sink with Trump they will have a solid Rep base that will vote them no matter what. The tories unfortunately will always have a 30% voting base no matter how low they go/how many they put into poverty/what clown is leader

I don't actually believe I've known a government with such a majority to be so out of step with the general consensus of the average person. It was only a day since Johnson got handed his fat odious ass by Rashford, and now on the back of yesterday return of EPL and taking the knee. This pillock wades in with his far right sympathies...
