I always thought the Cameron pig-head debacle was oddly timed.

It's served me well.

do you know what I’m a huge fan of leadership where the leader puts ‘his nuts on the line for one of the team ‘ . I think as you say it can be inspirational and energising that said if someone is gone , they can’t be saved , then it’s not powerful leadership to abandon everyone else who is following you just to pointlessly sacrifice yourself for one individual. That not inspiring leadership , it’s folly .
