Never mind that, @peteblue, I'm still waiting for you to answer post number 4,732. We know you lap up Johnson's lies (no matter in which arena/area they are propounded), but you made a very direct statement about John Bercow being a bully. Do you have proof of this or are you yourself practising a form of lying by repeating allegations of bullying behaviour?

ah so it’s only promises to you or matter to you ? if somebody repeatedly fails to deliver on promises you’ll tolerate it in an end justifies means type way ? Seems like a shift from your original point but it’s your views so your entitled to them , personally I wouldn’t champion that I “wouldn’t tolerate non delivery on a promise “ then shift dramatically but different strokes .

I see the CS are now lining up to accuse Patel of bullying when she was at DfID. Do the Senior CS people now making these claims not realise that they are actually denouncing themselves for having done nothing about these claims at the time...more and more they are looking very foolish. If I were Boris and these claims are true then I would sack Patel and every single CS who knew about this but did nothing to sort it out.....

The allegations at DWP, DfiD and HO were all made at the time.

The latest claims to come to light were reportedly passed in 2017 to the DfID official by another senior figure in the department - who advised that the cabinet secretary at the time, the late Lord Heywood, should be informed.

The senior figure wanted the allegations to be lodged in the Whitehall system so that officials would be aware of allegations surrounding Ms Patel if, as expected, she returned to ministerial office.

Ms Patel resigned as Secretary of State for International Development in November 2017 over an unauthorised visit to Israel.
